Recoding is the process of changing your movement patterns to become safer and stronger.
The process starts with an assessment where I will record on video your posture, squat, hinge and walking and running patterns. I will then show you where the major energy leaks are and give specific for you exercise plan and lifestyle hacks to help improve posture and gait patterns.

Knee is starting to rotate away from midline “bow shape” as I land, spine is more fluid and head is moving into the left column better!
Calf development coming along!
From back you also see better head control and spine moving better!
Feet look way better and core more engaged even though I’ve done zero “core work”
Notice how much better my low back looks.
